A little about me...

Guy brings more than a decade of real estate experience to the Eric Leadbetter Team. He brings a passion for people, a love for family, and a commitment to exceptional service. Growing up in a family business, Guy learned to build his career on strong relationships and delivering results for his clients.

His experience in real estate investing and house flipping has helped him build a trusted network of associates who support his clients before, during, and after they buy or sell a property. He’s proud of the trust his clients place in him when referring him to their family and friends. His goal is always to treat others the way he would want to be treated.

His greatest inspiration comes from his twin sons, Chase and Presley (PK), whose passion for baseball fuels his own love for coaching and supporting them both on and off the field. Alongside his boys, his wife Laura is a constant source of pride. As an executive at a large international corporation and a dedicated board member of the Lehigh Valley Humane Society, she sets an incredible example by living her passion and giving back to the community. Not to mention, they found their three rescue dogs, which complete the family.

Together, they enjoy baseball, rescuing animals, spending time with friends and family, and long beach vacations.

Guy says joining ELT feels like the perfect fit — a real estate team that feels like family, where he can continue building lasting relationships while helping clients buy, sell, and transform their homes.

What is your favourite food?

Either my Mom's Pierogies or my Aunt's Collard Greens

What is your proudest moment?

Becoming a father to my twin sons, and now watching them grow.

Delivering Flowers at Flowers by Holiday.

The Fish Hatchery near the Native American Museum or the old Mahoning ValleyGolf Course. 

What is an unusual fact about you?

I am Guy Thompson III and I have no middle name.

What describes your perfect day?

Morning bike rides on the boardwalk with my twin sons, watching them play baseball, spending the afternoon at the beach, gathering with friends in the evening, and holding my wife at night as we reflect on our amazing day.

Allentown, Pennsylvania.

What is the best advice you have ever received?

Don’t worry about a thing, because every little thing is going to be alright.

If you could have a superpower, what would it be?

I’m Batman.

What is the best part of your brokerage?

We work hard but do not take ourselves too seriously. We have fun selling real estate.
